• Return Eligibility: In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video.
• Unboxing Video: The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, the shipping label, and the issue in one continuous recording without any cuts or edits. Return or refund requests cannot be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
• Non-Returnable: Returns are not accepted for color variations due to lighting or screen differences, change of mind, incorrect size selection, sale items, or customized products.
• Return Process: If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram with your Order ID and unboxing video. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
• Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
